50 ml Lambay Malt Irish Whiskey. 20 ml Lemon Juice. 20 ml Peach Shrub. 3-4 Basil Leaves. Sea Salt
Peach Shrub Ingredients: 150 gr Peach. 80 gr Apple Cider Vinegar. 200 gr Castor Sugar. Glass jar or bottle for the mixture.
How to make the Peach Shrub: Place peaches in sugar, press, and let sit for up to 1 hour. Place in pan on low heat, stirring continuously until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat, add the cider vinegar, and stir. Strain into a bottle, let cool, and refrigerate. Add all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and shake hard for 10-15 seconds. Fine Strain into a Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a Basil Leaf.
